Price reflects Passport America rate. Nice park in a great location. We had some mix up with our reservation, but everything got worked out. Bathrooms could definitely use an upgrade, but they were clean. If you have a roof mounted satellite dish and are parked against the fence next to the golf course, you might have some trouble getting a signal. Depends on the time of year. We'll go back again.

One of the nicest state parks we have been in. Large sites, well spaced and free of any trash. Bathrooms were spotless everyday we were there. Great hiking and biking trails. Outstanding hosts who love their jobs and it shows. Would have rated a 10 if there was sewer hookups.

Very nice park with great rates. Great book exchange, outstanding laundry facilities and very clean bathrooms/showers. Noisy due to truck stop nearby, road noise and trains. We'll be back!

Very nice park with very nice views of the lake. If you are going to visit Carlsbad Caverns from here, allow extra driving time. Hwy 180 through Carlsbad is being worked on and the traffic is very bad. Take the Relief Route (Happy Valley Road, Hwy 524) around the city instead. Windy! Would stay here again.

This review is being written for members of Passport America and may or may not apply to others. We called to make reservations and we were told that we didn't need one, after we said we would be using our Passport America membership. After getting to the park, we were charged $20 a night for one of the pull-thrus but the rate should have been $12.48 a night. When I questioned the manager about this he said he has raised his rates. My wife asked why we couldn't have one of the river sites. The manager said that those were more expensive and we couldn't have one of those at our rate. After talking it over we got our money back and left. Be careful pulling to the park. Very steep gravel driveway!

Very nice park. Rip and Judy are a great couple who take pride in their park. Added bonus is being able to have work done on your rig if necessary right in the park. Ask Rip about Lincoln!

If you gotta stay in Fresno, this place is OK. Tight turns getting into the park...go slow. The bathrooms were very bad! Looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. A lot of old and junky looking RVs parked there for the long term. Before parking in your assigned site, look it over. Our space had several bolts sticking out of the cement pad left by the previous resident that had been there for a long time.

Resort? That's a stretch. We came here for one night to meet some friends on our way north. We were given a site that was very short. We had to use a 30 amp extension cord to connect our electric. After a very hard rain almost the complete site was under water. Very, very over priced! Fortunately, we got the Passport America rate. Our friends have been here a month and can't wait to leave. Won't be back.

Nice park with all amenities that we needed for our short stay in the Savannah area. Bathrooms could use a coat of paint but were clean. Wi-Fi was very week at our site but strong at the office. Our Verizon air card work good at our site. Cable TV worked but only got a couple of stations. We used our antenna which was much better with several stations coming in on HD.

Price reflects National Access Pass. Beautiful park in a great location. They are working on the road leading to the park so if you are coming in the next month or so, be careful. We originial had site 57, a pull-thru, but the angle is not good for a long 5th wheel. The host moved us to #45 which was great. In fact, most of the pull-thru's are not great for large 5er's. Back-in sites are long and at a 45 degree angle, so backing is easy. We'll be back!

Price reflects NP Access Pass. Park is very easy to find but follow the directions sent to you with the reservations. My Garmin GPS wanted me to go down a very small road where I would have hgh-centered at a railroad crossing. This is a great park with all facilities needed bu us for our short 2-day stay. We were in A-19 by the lake. We'll be back.

This was our second stay in the park and we always enjoy our visit. Most of the spaces are very long and roomy. The sites in the lower loop are not very level but can be overcome with some shoring. We were Site 14 with 30 amp service. Had to use a 30 amp extension cord for electric hookup. A lot of folks were parking on the grass and on the roads which seems to be allowed by the hosts. Also, they allow you to dump your grey water tanks on the ground. We'll be back.

A little hard to find if you take the wrong exit, thank you Garmin. Be sure to take exit 106 and follow the signs. JB's is a small park tucked back in the woods off of I-30. You do get some road noise from I-30 but not bad. The pull-through sites are very large and spaced nicely. Laundry facilities are in the restroom which were all clean and well maintained. Very nice stop on our way west.

First, I want to say that we have been workampers at Cody’s RV Park for the winter season. The owner has two or three couples who help him run the park during the winter season, some of which have been coming here for several years. That being said, the owner has encouraged me to make this review as fair and objective as I can. This is a Passport America park which is good for your first night stay. The owner also gives a discount of ½ off the first night to disabled veterans and the first night free to active duty military personnel. Cody’s is located north west of Spring Hill in a quiet, rural setting but is only a short driving distance from shopping, sight-seeing, golf and dining. The owner is making numerous improvements to the park including renovation of the pavilion, building a new storm shelter (just in case), bathroom remodeling and site improvements. Washers and dryers are available along with free WiFi that now covers the entire park. The ice machine is pay-on-the-honor-system. The swimming pool, hot tub and sauna are located behind the rental house at the south west end of the park. Not very convenient for other park residents but it is available. The pavilion has a large screen TV with Direct TV and a computer available for checking your email and surfing the web. The owner is in the process of completely renovating the web site so use the phone when making reservations. Reservations are highly recommended during the “snow-bird” season. Also, it is a good idea to call ahead on your day of arrival to let the staff know what time you will arrive. There are several full-time residents in the park and some very old trailers there also. The owner is removing the old equipment as the residents move and then upgrading the parking site. All-in-all, you will find Cody’s friendly, affordable and accommodating to your needs.

This is a Wally Mart parking lot with hookups. It's OK for a stop over park but I wouldn't to stay here very long. Lights and road noise!!

The MO State Park web site indicates they offer a discount to disabled veterans (Access Pass) but the campground host didn't know anything about any discounts. The bathrooms need attention ASAP. Paint is peeling off the walls and ceilings, shower stalls and curtains have mold on them and there are spider webs everywhere. A lot of litter in the park. I picked up a shopping bag full of stuff in the sites around us. We would go back but use our trailer's facilities exclusively.

Just a very large gravel parking lot with hookups. Price reflects Good Sam discount. Train noise! Very close to fuel and propane. Restaurant within walking distance.

Very convenient for shopping at Cabella's. Please drive slow when it's dry...dust. WiFi worked great. Water was still on, but was told it is normally shut off Oct. 1st. Price reflects Good Sam discount and winter rate.

Nice overnight stop park. We stayed in a 30 amp site without sewer. Some minor road noise from the interstate. We would stay again.

Urban park, so hookup sites go quick. We hosted in the park for the month of September. You want hookups? Make reservations. Park also had 7 yurts for rent and they also go fast.
